Privacy Policy

Overview
AgendifyNow ("AgendifyNow", "we", "us") is a personal agenda, calendar timeline, and voice-reminder app for iOS and Android. AgendifyNow is built to work fully offline: there is no account, no sign-up, and no server where your agendas live. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what stays on your device, what limited information is shared with the handful of service providers we use (crash reporting and subscription billing), and how to reach us with questions.
In short: your agendas, categories, and insight history never leave your device. We do not sell your data, run advertising, or use third-party tracking/analytics SDKs.
Data stored on your device
AgendifyNow stores the following directly on your device, using local on-device storage (Hive). We do not have access to this data, and it is never transmitted to us or to any third party:
- Agendas/tasks, due dates, recurrence rules, and completion status
- Categories you create
- Insights and streak history derived from your own agenda activity
- Your first name and theme preference, if you set them in Settings
- Voice-captured reminder text, after it has been transcribed (see below)
Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage in your device settings, permanently deletes this data. AgendifyNow does not currently offer cloud backup or sync, so we cannot recover local data on your behalf if it is lost.
Voice capture
When you use voice-powered reminder capture, your device's built-in speech-recognition service (Apple's Speech framework on iOS, or the Android system speech recognizer) converts your spoken words to text. That transcription may be processed by Apple or Google's speech-recognition infrastructure under their own privacy policies; AgendifyNow does not record, store, or transmit the underlying audio itself. The resulting text is parsed on-device into a reminder and stored locally like any other agenda.
Data shared with service providers
AgendifyNow uses a small number of third-party services to keep the app stable and to support optional paid features. Each is listed below with exactly what it can see.

We do not use advertising networks, third-party analytics/tracking SDKs, or data brokers, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Subscriptions & purchases
AgendifyNow Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription ($1.99/month or $14.99/year, prices may vary by region) that unlocks the Insights dashboard, home-screen widgets, and detailed streak history. Subscribing does not require creating an account or sharing any personal information with us beyond what's described above — Apple or Google handles billing directly, and RevenueCat handles entitlement syncing as described in the table above. Children's privacy
AgendifyNow is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the app requires no account and no personal information to use, we have no way to identify a user's age. If you believe a child has provided us information (for example, in an email to our support address), contact us at support@agendifynow.app and we will delete it.
Retention & deletion
Your agenda data lives on your device for as long as you keep the app installed, and is deleted the moment you uninstall AgendifyNow or clear its storage. Crash diagnostics are retained by Firebase Crashlytics under Google's standard retention windows. Subscription/purchase records are retained by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat per their own retention policies, primarily for fraud prevention, tax, and accounting purposes. Your rights
Because almost all AgendifyNow data lives only on your device, the most direct way to access, correct, or delete it is inside the app itself (edit or delete any agenda/category, or uninstall the app to remove everything). If you are located in the EEA, UK, California, or another jurisdiction with data-protection rights (such as access, correction, deletion, or portability requests), you may still email support@agendifynow.app and we will respond regarding any data described in the table above that we can act on with our service providers.
Security
We rely on your device's own operating-system security for locally stored data, and on Apple/Google/RevenueCat's security practices for the limited data described above. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of AgendifyNow after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
